Cyberspace Administration of China issues draft rule on internet pop-up push services

BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s cyber regulator issued draft rules on Wednesday on services that push pop-ups across the internet.
Advertising must be compliant and news push providers must have a license, the Cyberspace Administration said in the statement.
