What is the difference between Black Friday and Cyber Monday?
Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving – in 2021, which is November 26.
Each year, major retailers like Amazon, Argos and Morrisons use Black Friday to offer massive discounts to shoppers just before Christmas begins.
But just because Black Friday has passed, doesn’t mean you’ve missed out on your chance to grab a bargain.
Discount continues until Cyber Monday, which is always the first Monday after Black Friday, so this year it falls on November 29.
Outside of these dates, there are some other differences between the two, one being that Cyber Monday deals are only available to online stores while Black Friday is also in-store.
Also, Cyber Monday is a strict 24 hour shopping window but in recent years Black Friday tends to be a five-day affair.
