Crowds were gathering for Sunday’s Golf Cart Christmas Parade in Winter Garden, Florida, when a speeding vehicle hit it, sparking panic and delaying the parade.
The accident, which police said was not an attack on the parade, occurred just weeks after the Christmas parade in St. Waukesha, Wisconsin, where a driver accelerates his car into the parade. Darrell Brooks Jr., 39, has been charged with six counts of murder for those killed in the November 21 attacks.
