Concert-goers are reportedly storming the gate at the Electric Zoo after the venue reached capacity

Electric Zoo concert-goers reportedly rushed to the gates on Sunday after organizers announced the venue on Randall’s Island had unexpectedly reached capacity and ticket holders were being turned away.
The chaotic scene played out on the final day of the three-day event, despite the cancellation of the first night just hours before the festival began.
“It is with great regret that we have to inform you that due to the challenges created by the cancellation on Friday, we have reached the capacity of our venue earlier than expected for today, Sunday,” said the the organizers wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
“To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone present, we will not be allowing any additional participants today.”
