COLORADO WEATHER: Temperatures near record on Monday

DENVER (KDVR) – Clear skies extended tonight with a mild mid-20s low. Sunshine helped keep Monday’s warm highest temperature near 60 degrees, just short of the record 65. degree.

Most of the day there will be light winds.

Additional clouds will move on Tuesday, but temperatures are still 10 degrees above average in the mid-50s. More cloudy here on Wednesday with a small chance for clouds during the day. Highs will cool down in years over 30.

The skies cleared on Thursday with highs in the 40s. Friday brings clouds back to forecast and chance for some light sleet later in the day. Sunshine returned over the weekend with peaks returning to the 50-degree mark.
