Cianna Mims is accused of committing the hit-and-run crime of Galveston’s Dr. Documents say not to have reported Nancy Hughes

On Friday, 18-year-old Cianna Mims was charged with failing to report a crime in the ongoing investigation into alleged driver Logan Llewellyn, 21, court documents show.
Authorities said Mims was in the vehicle that struck and killed 67-year-old Nancy Hughes on March 18.
Galveston County Jail officials confirmed to ABC13 that Llewellyn had been taken into custody. Police said Llewellyn was found and arrested in Seguin, near San Antonio.

On Friday, Mims was found and arrested in San Antonio, according to police. She was booked into the Galveston County Jail just before 3 a.m. Saturday. At 9 a.m., Mims was released on $7,500 bail.
Llewellyn is charged with a $200,000 bail charge in an accident involving injury or death.
According to the investigation, Hughes, a well-known doctor in the Galveston area, was riding her bicycle along the Cherry Hill section of the Seawall when she was hit by a car and investigators said the driver did not stop to help her .
