Christina Haack is ready to expand her living space with husband Joshua Hall.
The newly married HGTV star has sold her oceanfront California home for $11.5 million – less than a year after purchasing the property, The Post can reveal.
Haack, 38, originally bought the Dana Point, Orange County property last July for $10.3 million.
Norm Christensen, the driving force behind AAE Aerospace, bought the home from Haack, according to the deed obtained by The Post.
The deed was signed on March 30th and the sale closed on April 8th.
It also comes a month after Haack and her ex Tarek El Moussa announced they were ending their long-running Flip or Flop series. Sources told the Post at the time that El Moussa’s new marriage “complicated things.”
Covering more than 6,000 square feet, Haack regularly took to social media to post at the five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom residence.
Interior features include a coffered office, a split level carpeted movie theater and a billiard room.
The 1 acre property overlooks the Pacific Ocean and features a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating and dining areas. The rooftop terrace features a large fireplace and additional seating and dining areas.
The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, two kitchen islands, self-closing cabinets and drawers, a butler’s pantry and a breakfast nook with windows and high cathedral ceilings.
The house never actually went on the market and the transaction took place in an off-market deal.
But it looks like Haack is making a profit and got their asking price.
It’s not yet known where their new pad is located, but it’s expected to be another seafront residence with more square footage, a source told The Post.
hack secretly married hall, 41, a real estate agent friend, within the last few months, confirmed Page Six.
