Sexual assault allegations have surfaced against Chris Noth The Los Angeles Police Department said there is no investigation yet.

She testified that Noth, then 49, invited her to his apartment in a building in West Hollywood, where he allegedly moved her toward the bed, removed her shorts, and began raped her.
