BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s food delivery giant Meituan said on Tuesday it will reduce commissions for sellers on its platform, including capped fees for medium and large merchants. small has difficulty in operation at 5%.
Chinese regulators last month issued guidelines for online food delivery platforms to reduce service fees to help reduce operating costs for food service businesses, in a bid to boost service faster post-pandemic recovery in the service sector.
