Once Britain’s biggest pop star, Cheryl Cole-Tweedy-Fernandez-Aloud is back for the first time in ages with a surprise new interview – confirming that she cleans herself.
By Chezza The first conversation in a while appeared in Women’s Health magazine, so she naturally dismissed exercise as not really her business and instead wanted to flaunt her domestic qualifications. .
While it’s fair to say, she’s been quiet on her career path for a while so her surface has to be clean.
She told the flyer: “Exercise is not my priority right now, I haven’t done anything regularly in over a year, but I recently bought a Peloton bike. I’ve used it a few times and I love it, especially with the music. But when you’re a mom, the days go by, so I don’t use it often.
“After dropping Bear off at daycare, I called work and housework, then it was time to pick him up.”
Catch the job – and luckily those work calls seem to have dried up, I guess?
Cheryl also used the interview back to share her insights about her son Bear with former Liam Payne, and food – including recommending an expensive London diner, however, she doesn’t do any favors on the menu because she always has the same meal.
“Coya in Mayfair is one of my favorite restaurants,” she said. It’s Peruvian. I always order tuna and green onion ceviche, kale, candied walnuts, goji berry and cranberry salad, sweet corn and onion salad, and sea bass fillet with rice.
“For dessert, I use orange and lemon churros with chocolate sauce – it tastes like Terry’s Chocolate Orange but a million times better.”
Where does she find time for everything else?
Luckily, between scrubbing the barn and eating the leaves, Cheryl tells us that she still finds an opportunity to reflect on all the bigger things in life – thanks to a series of apps.
“Meditation changed my life,” she explains. I do it every evening and sometimes during the day, for at least 20 minutes at a time while Bear is at daycare.
“I used to use the Insight Timer and Calm apps to guide me, but now I know what I’m doing.
“Calm also has a kids app called Moshi, which I sometimes use for Bear. It tells children’s stories. It is cute.”
After all those exhausting insights, I was tempted to meditate on my own. ZZZZZZZZ.
