Charlotte Police are searching for a suspect in the Randolph Road Harris Teeter parking lot

CHARLOTTE, NC (WJZY) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a suspect involved in an attack last month that they said the victim sustained serious injuries.

The attack happened just before 9 a.m. on July 24 in Harris Teeter’s rear parking lot at Block 4400 of Randolph Road, police said.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said the suspect vehicle was an older black four-door Honda Accord. The vehicle had a temporary paper tag and two UNC Carolina stickers on the left side of the trunk.

The suspect vehicle is believed to have been driven by a black man, police said.
