Chapel Hill is asking for volunteers to help distribute food banks

CHAPEL HILL, NC (WNCN) — The City of Chapel Hill is asking for community volunteers to help with food bank distributions every Wednesday.

The Food Bank Dispensary, located on the Eubanks Park and Ride lot in Chapel Hill, accepts volunteers at intervals of up to four hours to help distribute food to those in need in the community.

At the moment the registration schedule runs every Wednesday until August 31st and has 20 available slots per week.
