Cardi B asks black women to get into Miami club – Billboard

Cardi attacked the club while in Miami after Art Basel ended, and she took some time to speak out for a group of Black women who were allegedly not allowed into the club where she was supposed to be. ​appears on Sunday (December 5).

In the event videos – the event went viral social media – Cardi was spotted chatting with women outside the E11EVEN nightclub after the team told her that door knockers had denied black women inside. The women’s group said that the club allowed white women inside and purposely denied black women access to the premises. One of the women in the group claimed that her husband was a soccer player, and that she was not even allowed inside even though they had the means to buy a table. Upon hearing the story, Cardi solved her own problem.

“You’re going to let Black women in here,” Cardi is seen in the video telling club staff outside the venue. “Let the Negro women in… Security, let them in.”

After repeating the phrase to security a few more times, the staff acknowledged and told Cardi that they would allow black women to videotap into the club once she entered. E11EVEN has not made a statement regarding this event; Billboard reached out for comment.

Cardi recently Appointed creative director of Playboy in residence, and announced the news via Instagram last week. “Introducing the First ever Creative Director at Residence at the legendary @playboy, it’s ME!!!” she writes. “Joining the @playboy family is a dream come true and I know you all will love what we put together. I will be joining this party as a Founding Creative Director and a founding member of CENTERFOLD, the new creator-led platform from Playboy coming soon!! ” she continued, adding, “We are going to have a lot of fun.”
