DESERT HOT SPRINGS, California (AP) – Southern California investigators are investigating a fatal crash in which a car crashed into the back of a school bus and then plowed into a group of pedestrians, killing children. A 9-year-old girl died and two people were injured. The other children. A white Cadillac crashed into a bus Thursday afternoon in the town of Desert Hot Springs in Riverside County, east of Los Angeles and north of Palm Springs. The vehicle then went around the bus and hit four students walking home from a bus stop, the California Highway Patrol told KESQ-TV. Monica Gonzalez Guzman of Desert Hot Springs died at the scene.
