Camila Cabello is ‘booed’ by Liverpool fans in Champions League final chaos

Camila Cabello was ‘booed’ by Liverpool fans during her opening ceremony ahead of the Champions League final.
Liverpool FC met Real Madrid CF at the Stade de France in Paris on Friday (28 May). Before kick-off, Cabello took the stage to perform a medley of four of her hits, including “Senorita” and “Don’t Go Yet.”
However, football fans were enraged by ticketing issues which resulted in thousands queuing outside the stadium. The final was postponed 36 minutes after Liverpool fans struggled to gain entry to the venue.
Liverpool have called for an investigation after thousands of fans were held outside with tear gas, pepper spray, batons and shields to disperse fans.
Fans in the stands expressed their frustration at the organizational issues and jeered during Cabello’s performance at the opening ceremony.
Viewers also shared their views on Uefa’s organizational disarray on Twitter.
“Never let anyone perform before a Champions League final again. Thank you everyone in the stadium agreed by booing Camila Cabello,” one person wrote.
“They’re booing Camila Cabello,” said another. While someone else wrote: “LMFAOOO THEY BOONG CAMILA CABELLO U CAN’T MAKE THE UP.”

Football presenter Gary Lineker shared his own experience of the game on Twitter, writing: “I found it impossible to get into the ground. This seems very dangerous. Absolute carnage.”
Liverpool FC released a statement during the game, which they lost 1-0, saying they were “very disappointed with the stadium access issues and security perimeter collapse faced by Liverpool fans tonight “.
The club went on to say it had “officially requested a formal investigation into the causes of these unacceptable issues”.
Uefa claimed the long queues of fans outside the grounds were caused by fans trying to enter the Stade de France with tickets that didn’t work at the turnstiles.
