Brooks Nader shot a fragrance campaign in this Harlem condo

Call it a “model” unit.

Louisiana-born Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model Brooks Nader and her three model sisters were recently spotted in Harlem at 145 Central Park North, our spies say.

Nader and her sisters – Sarah Jane, Grace Ann and Mary Holland – were in the Uptown building to shoot a home/office fragrance campaign for Aroma360 in a 12th floor apartment building that is for sale for $4 million.

The four-bedroom, three-bath condo is 1,757 square feet and, as the address would suggest, has views of Central Park.

Design details include white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows with white oak frames with motorized blinds, a fireplace and an outdoor space with a private roof terrace.

The master bedroom offers park views, deep closets and an ensuite bathroom.

NFL star Jerry Tillery, a defensive tackle for the Las Vegas Raiders, is also buying a penthouse in the building, Gimme Shelter previously reported.

Built in 2020, the 13-story, 37-unit building features amenities such as a fitness room, children’s playroom, residents’ lounge, and shared rooftop terrace with views of the city skyline.

The listing agent is Joe Curry from Nest Seekers. At the time of the fragrance shoot, Mike Fabbri was also on the list, but has since switched to the agency.
