THIRSTY Brits made the most of the four-day weekend by hitting the beers early this morning as they packed pubs across the country.
Pub gardens were packed with revelers basking in the sun a sizzling 22°C in this weather Afternoon.
Brits cooled off with ice cold pints as they made the most of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
In Leeds, drunkards in costume filled the streets for the famous Otley Run.
Students carrying inflatable boats drank pints as they made their way through the 15 pubs of the ritual of passage.
Elsewhere in Britain, it was a more civilized affair for day drinkers in Henley-on-Thames, Berks.


Crowds poured out of the Angel pub into the riverside pub garden as they dumped drinks on the Thames.
And in Cornwall, holidaymakers sheltered from the scorching sun under pub umbrellas along the seafront at Polzeath.
In the capital, Wembley turned red and blue as Liverpool and Man City fans flocked to the stadium for the FA Cup semi-finals.
Concerned supporters were seen drinking beers ahead of the 3.30pm clash.
It comes as a heatwave in the Sahara sent millions to the beach today.
