Breakdowns on Wednesday show how hard it was for Jenna Ortega to keep a straight face

Wednesday has become one of Netflix’s biggest hits, thanks in no small part to Jenna Ortega.

Ortega plays Wednesday Addams in the spin-off series, which has become one of the streaming service’s most-watched titles since its release in November.

The actress was praised for her outspoken delivery of the character’s lines — but it was difficult for Ortega to keep a straight face at times.

New outtakes of the series have been released via Netflix’s official Twitter account.

They show Ortega breaking character and laughing when things go wrong on set.

Other actors who can be seen in the Blooper-Rell are Xavier Thorpe and Gwendoline Christie.

While the majority of viewers love the show, there are some who are calling for a “senseless” death scene from the first season.

Additionally, Ortega revealed earlier this week that she filmed a dance scene while Covid raised eyebrows.

Following Wednesdays With the release at the end of November, the series has already set a surprising Rotten Tomatoes milestone.
