Bradley Walsh breaks down in tears and sobs on TV show with son Barney

BRADLEY Walsh broke down in tears as he toured Costa Rica with his son Barney.

The TV star, 62, and his son, 25, were filming for their show Breaking Dad when he was overcome with emotion.

During a candid conversation about her favorite activity during the trip, Barney told his father, “It’s more about the memories. The memories you make when you do these things, do them with you. We are so blessed to be able to be around the world and do this.”

Very moved by his words, Bradley fought back tears as he said: “It’s just a beautiful thing, it’s amazing.

The emotional actor added, “I’m not upset, I find it very emotional, very heartwarming — I really do.”

The two agreed they were “very lucky” when they told each other they loved each other.

Bradley previously spoke about working with his son, saying: “Barney is now the man… I always wanted to be. And that is absolutely true.

“He’s not scared, he’s young, he’s finding his first steps in business and stuff. I just always wanted to do that.

“Anything Barney wants to do, I’ll try.”

The couple’s road trip series first aired in 2019 and is currently in its fifth series.

So far they have traveled across America, Europe and most recently Mexico on the show, narrated by Alexander Armstrong.
