Brad Pitt’s manager recently fled California for Florida

In a true migration from Hollywood to Miami, Brad Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante has joined the growing crowd of Californians finding their slice of paradise in the Sunshine State.
Pett-Dante just closed the deal on a stunning $5.1 million estate located in the exclusive gated oasis of Hibiscus Island at 185 S. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach, setting a record-breaking price for it scored a home off the water, The Post has learned.
Considered a “modern masterpiece” and the result of a meticulous renovation, this home sits on a sprawling 9,500-square-foot corner lot.
The property features an open plan design and numerous seating areas.
A culinary escape courtesy of Italkraft, the elegant kitchen features intricate millwork and custom built-ins and immediately attracts the discerning eye.

The kitchen features an oversized island, European cabinetry and opulent Opustone marble counters.
The master suite features two walk-in closets, a steam shower and a soaking tub. It also has its own private terrace.
As you step outside you are greeted by a brand new heated saltwater swimming pool, complete with a sun-drenched terrace and carefully designed privacy landscape.
There are even more benefits to living on Hibiscus Island.
This exclusive gated community features 24-hour security, tennis and basketball courts for active recreation, a playground – and easy access to vibrant South Fifth Ward and bustling downtown Miami.

Dina Goldentayer and Joseph Schafer of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC.
Pett-Dante did not respond to a request for comment.
Brad Pitt, on the other hand, is staying in California after swapping houses in Los Angeles.
The actor downsized from his longtime home and purchased a 2,000-square-foot home owned by Getty heiress Aileen Getty.
