Bling Empire’s Kane Lim lists his LA home for just under $2 million

In the Netflix universe, two worlds collide in this new listing. 4115 Palmero drivein LA’s historic Mount Washington district.
The seller is the fashion forward crazy rich Asian guy from “Bling Empire”, Kane Lim. He is represented by “Selling Sunset’s”, sometimes brunette, sometimes blonde, bombastic Chrishell Stause.
Stause lists the house Yonathan Baltazar of the Agency (the real estate empire founded by the husband of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” OG Kyle Richards). Enough name dropping. Here’s the tea on the $1.88 million lot.
Somehow, a complete remodel pays homage to the home’s mid-century roots while also injecting a sense of modernity.
At 1,516 square feet, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all designed with Japanese and Scandinavian touches.
Who knew Scandanese was a thing? Anyhow, the description of the listing promises a “peaceful living in ease and beauty”. Each room is bright — the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows — airy and, like most newer homes in the City of Angels, decorated in 50 tones of white.

The modern kitchen — complete with a large island and breakfast bar — is outfitted with matte black LG smart appliances. It’s also outfitted with boutique tiling and Brizo fixtures. Don’t know Brizo? It’s the brand behind the $500 faucet and $200 towel rack. Still, that’s a drop in the bucket Lim, who is said to be worth $20 million.
“Kane and his real estate partner Joel, head of OWIU, bought it for $932,000 over a year ago,” says Baltazar. “No one has stayed in it, but we hope that the buyer who gets it will appreciate timeless design and be inspired by every inch of the space.”
According to House BeautifulLim lives in an apartment in West Hollywood that he shares with his $360,000 collection of Christian Louboutins.

While the master suite at 4115 Palmero Drive comes with built-in closets and a double vanity, it’s modest for gentlemen.
Its biggest selling point is that it opens onto a terrace overlooking a Japanese garden with bonsai trees that were clearly pruned by someone with OCD.
The backyard lacks a pool or hot tub. But it does have a fire pit with a custom wood bench surrounding it, perfect for a hippie Dippy Kumbaya feast.
Baltazar describes the perfect buyer as someone looking for “peace.”
There is also a two car garage. Though lately, with gas prices, it makes more sense to sell those gas-guzzling SUVs, collect Louboutins like Lim, and convert them into a shoe closet.
