A local pop-up business decided to take the Christmas tradition of tamales and add a delicious twist.
If you’ve heard of birria tacos, you’ll be familiar with this novelty dish.
These are called Birrimales.
Birria is basically a Mexican beef stew. Chances are, you’ve seen people dip tacos birria into a bowl of casserole in viral videos on social media.
A local couple decided to combine the two.
The couple is making two-wheelers at home and selling them at different spots around town.
