Billionaire heiress Phoebe Gates was spotted in a stunning mini dress on her 21st birthday in New York City.
The youngest daughter of technology mogul Bill Gates and his ex-wife Melinda Gates, Phoebe doesn’t shy away from the spotlight.
She has already made it clear that she wants to go her own way.
“Okay, I’m my parents’ daughter, so that gives me great privilege, but it’s not how I define myself,” she said WWD.
For her milestone birthday, she was seen wearing a pink minidress and nude heels and her hair was pulled back in a ponytail.
She looked like the third Jenner sister as she went out with both of her famous parents. Her dad even took to Instagram to pay tribute to his youngest child and share some sweet snaps from their childhood.
“You’ll always be my little girl, but I’ve never been surprised to see you do big things. I’m so proud of you,” the billionaire wrote.
A quick look at Phoebe’s social media will give you an important insight into the world of a modern heiress.
Her Instagram account looks just like any other young girl except she carries an air of wealth that you can’t relate to.
Her feed is filled with the usual things you would expect. Photos of her with friends, flattering selfies and birthday greetings to her family members – but all have the added ingredients of fame, wealth and privilege.
There are photos of her in various designer outfits with the caption saying it was just a “Fashion Week wrap up.”
There’s a photo of her in a Versace bikini posing in a tropical location with the caption, “Thank you.”
I mean, fair enough… she has a lot to be grateful for.
There’s a snap of her in a red mini dress, sticking her tongue out at her boyfriend, and plenty of photos showing the fun outfits she wears to fancy events.
Among the glamorous shots there are also insights into her commitment. She often speaks about women’s reproductive health in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade, which gave women the right to abortion and control over their own bodies.
“American women lost the right to safe reproductive care a year ago. “This decision awakens a whole new generation,” she wrote on Instagram, accompanied by a video of a protest.
On TikTok, she uses the platform to discuss women’s reproductive health and regularly speaks out about laws policing women’s bodies.
“I know why Roe is important to me. It protected my freedom to make decisions about my own body,” she wrote in a TikTok video.
However, their activism includes the usual stuff you would expect. TikToks showcasing her winter vacation with friends, an entire week of documenting her workout routine, and even sharing the latest fashion trends she loves.
It’s a solid combination of the ordinary and the extraordinary. Just your average young woman on the internet who is also the daughter of a billionaire.
