Better Call Saul: Bob Odenkirk worries Netflix users with description of season 6 finale episode ‘challenging’

Bob Odenkirk revealed that he wasn’t sure about Better to call Saul finally when he first read it.

The actor shared his views on the script of Break the spin-off’s never-before-seen finale in a new interview, which comes a day after he figured out how to end the series.

Odenkirk was filming the sixth and final season when the interview took place in December 2021, and part of the profile shows him confusingly discussing the finale with co-star Rhea Seehorn, who plays Kim Wexler.

Seehorn has yet to read the script and is curious to find out what Odenkirk’s verdict will be.

“There’s so much in there, so much to think about,” New York Times the note that Odenkirk said to Seehorn.

“I thought I liked it, but I got pretty lost when I read it in the middle of the night,” he added.

The actor’s initial reaction was that he thought it was “a challenging road to the end of the film”.

“It’s not flashy,” he said New York Times, added: “It’s so important, and to some extent, that’s what I’ve been hoping for, for years, in this character’s brain. On the other hand, yes, I have to re-read it. ”

He continued: “But what I like about it is that it’s not cheap. It’s not easy. It doesn’t feel animated. It’s pretty cool, I think. It’s pretty cool. I want to end with this kind of character development focus. That’s what it says, instead of something with just guns in it. There were a few guns I guess, but they weren’t like in the other episodes.”

Fans reacted to the teaser after Odenkirk shared the interview on social media.

“I’m not ready yet,” wrote one fan, with another saying: “WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? This final season is going to ruin me, right? ”

Elsewhere in the interview, Odenkirk recalled the heart attack he suffered on the set of the show in July 2021, and The “luck” of fate saved his life.

The actor’s memoirs, Comedy Comedy Comedywill be published on March 3. It’s better to call Saul will return to AMC in the US and Netflix in the UK later this year.
