Ferrier already lost a few pounds ahead of her marriage to Josh Roberts in March, and she shared with Showbiz Cheat Sheet that Roberts has also joined her journey to better health. “Josh joined me from day one which has been amazing and he feels so much better and so much more comfortable in his own skin – and he fitted into his Wedding kilt That was a plus!” she exclaimed.

That Below Deck Med star admitted having a baby during the pandemic lockdown and juggling a demanding career have made losing weight in pregnancy a challenge. “I’d tried to lose my baby weight a few times in the 18 months since I’ve had Ava on my own and I’ve found it particularly difficult with the lockdowns,” she shared.
Also, “I couldn’t go out and I was so busy with work and Ava that I used to pick up my phone at 7 p.m. to order dinner,” she added. “And I always feel like I deserve some ‘spoiling’ after such a tough day!!” Since Leave Below Deck Med, Ferrier started a podcast, Dear reality, you are upset and she directs the Ocean International Training Academy.
“When I’m busy, I reach for my phone to order food and that leads to unhealthy choices,” she said of the cycle that many moms face.
Jenny Craig’s weight loss program fits Hannah’s busy post-Below Deck lifestyle.
Ferrier said the Max Up program is perfect for her busy lifestyle. “Having my three meals a day planned out and knowing what I’m going to eat each day has really worked for me as there’s no reason to reach for takeout when you have delicious food in your freezer at home.” She said.
She admitted she’s struggled with her body image over the past year. “I want to get to a place where I can feel comfortable in my own skin again and feel safe in a bathing suit on the beach,” she said. But added: “I’ve accepted that maybe my body will never be the same again – and who would want that.”
“When I was younger, I was traveling and partying and probably wasn’t taking very good care of myself,” Ferrier continued. Ferrier shared that she would always lose a lot of weight while filming Below Deck Med.
“The amazing thing about Jenny Craig is that they don’t just work off a number on a scale – it’s your measurements and how you feel. My coach was so supportive and especially leading up to my wedding – I’ve had so many social events and to have that support to know what to order when eating out was just amazing!”

Ferrier joined another Bravolebrity, Brittany Cartwright out Vanderpump Rules, who recently lost 27 pounds on the Max Up program. “I’m so happy now to see her succeed at Jenny Craig too! We’re both busy moms, so it’s great to have found something that works and fits our busy lives.” Below Deck Med Stern said about weight loss.
Speaking to Showbiz Cheat Sheet, Cartwright recently offered some advice for Ferrier. “I haven’t spoken to her yet, but I’d like to,” Cartwright said. “But my advice would be listen to your trainer, follow your plan as closely as you can because the more you follow and stick to it, the faster your weight will drop.”
Also: “Believe in yourself. Because weight loss struggles can be challenging. But I know if she sticks to it, it’s going to be great.”
