BARCELONA president Joan Laporta is said to have met super agent Mino Raiola amid rumors linking them to Erling Haaland and Paul Pogba.
Two customers of Raiola could move in 2022, with the Blaugrana expected to be up and running next summer in a bid to return to its former glory.
Despite the LaLiga club’s financial difficulties, Barca could sign both players on the cheap next year.
Borussia Dortmund striker Haaland is on the radar of a host of top clubs with the player is available for just £64m due to a release clause in his contract.
Meanwhile, Manchester United midfielder Pogba is in the final year of his contract at Old Trafford as he mulled over a new deal.
And Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has insisted that Laporta, 59, has met Raiola in Italy to discuss transfer targets.
He tweeted: “Barcelona president Joan Laporta had a meeting with Mino Raiola in Turin today.
“Laporta was in Italy for Pedri’s Golden Boy and he met Raiola in a famous hotel.
“Great relationship for many years. Haaland, Pogba and many other talents to keep an eye on.”
Before adding: “The meeting between Joan Laporta, Mateu Alemany and Mino Raiola was no coincidence.
“It’s not in the hotel because Barcelona is in Turin – and the meeting has been planned since last week.”
Raiola recently revealed How Barcelona is one of the four clubs that have played for Haaland as teams desperately sought to secure his services.
He told Sport1: “He’s going to take the next step. Bayern, Real, Barca, City – these are the big clubs he could go to.
“When? Maybe this summer, maybe next season. But there’s a big chance he’ll leave this summer.”
Blaugrana is also rumored to replace Pogba because they hope to get him on a free transfer.
