Bambi becomes a bloodthirsty killer in a brand new horror film

Ah, deer!
The once-lovable deer Bambi has become a dark killer in a brand new horror movie, Bambi: The Reckoning, reports Dread Central exclusively.
Filmmaker Scott Jeffrey said the upcoming film will be a darker take on the iconic tale first made famous by the beloved 1942 Disney classic.
“The film will be an incredibly dark retelling of the 1928 story that we all know and love,” Jeffrey said.
“Inspired by the design used in Netflix’s ‘The Ritual,’ Bambi will be a vicious killing machine that lurks in the wild. Prepare for rabies on Bambi!”
The film is being produced by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, best known for his childhood-ruining slasher flick Winnie the Pooh, which is set to hit theaters February 15.

As of now, there are no plot details or a trailer for the wild fawn flick, but Jeffery has assured it’s going to be gruesome.
Production for the film began in late January.
Under copyright laws, “Bambi” and its characters – like “Winnie the Pooh” – entered the public domain in 2022, allowing for the twisted remakes.
