Balenciaga is selling a rough NASA jacket for a whopping £3,850

Fashion house Balenciaga is selling a colorful Nasa jacket for £3,850.

The luxury brand’s padded classic coat also has an extra layer of muck to give it a “moon look”.

It’s reminiscent of the suits Neil Armstrong and his Apollo 11 team wore during the moon landing mission.

Buyers were told: “For the first time during the studio’s Fall ’21 video game showcase, Balenciaga’s puffer jacket was inspired by the classic Nasa spacesuit.

“It is made from a distressed white shell and is oversized to almost defy gravity.

“Fun finishes include sequins, buckles and straps.”

The Spanish label is also selling other Nasa-themed items – including a bomber jacket for £2,450, a hoodie for £895 and a backpack for £1,250.

A spare pad costs £230 and the EarPods stand is £925.
