Asmongold explains why some players gave Elden Ring bad reviews

Prior to its release, Elden Ring received a lot of praise, but when it hit shelves, that changed. As a result, many bad reviews have emerged from the carpentry map, reviews popular Twitch streamer Asmongold explains.

Even if one knows that FromSoftware titles are hard and require a lot of concentration, constant moments of tension never make us our best. This was witnessed by popular streamers Summit1g and Dr Disosystem both angrily giving up.

But it’s not all doom and gloom for Elden Ring fans, as sometimes the rewards of defeating tough bosses — even if you spend seven hours on just one — are also very worthy. In the same vein, however, the difficulties of such a game tend to attract negative reviews, some of which Asmongold disagrees with, but instead attributes them to something else. .

In a late-February stream, Asmongold used those criticisms to explain why some players gave the game bad reviews, saying they were “not even really about the gameplay, it’s just the game doesn’t run well”.

He further explained by understanding the source of the criticism, adding, “It’s really that, the game doesn’t run well for a lot of people, which I understand, that sucks.”

Since its release, some players have had some issues with the Elden Ring. From performance issues to bugs, there have been plenty of problems that Asmongold itself has posed.

“A lot of the problems with the game are just structural,” he said. “The game isn’t running well, the game is going one way or another and that’s just the way it is, man.”

He then responded to a comment in his Twitch chat that mentioned some other criticisms like the rewards for the miniboss and the state of the dungeons, to which the streamer replied: “I don’t saying that without any criticism, all I’m saying is that the majority of criticism is built around the fact that the game isn’t really playable. ”

While the performance issues on launch day have plagued the gameplay for some, Elden Ring players can still find solace as FromSoftware is actively working to eliminate them. Asmongold explains why some players gave Elden Ring bad reviews
