Aryan Circle gang member arrested by US police at hotel northwest of Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) – A man on the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive list was arrested by U.S. Police Wednesday at a hotel northwest of Austin.
Marshall Willard Brown, 45 years old, was arrested at a hotel in the 12400 block of Research Avenue, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. It is near Jollyville Road.
During the investigation, the DPS and U.S. Sheriffs learned that Brown might be staying at a hotel in Austin. Surveillance video confirmed this, and Brown was arrested without incident in the parking lot.
He was taken to the Travis County Jail and is awaiting extradition.
Brown is wanted on two bond recalls on initial charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felony and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with the Burnet County, Texas Sheriff’s Office DPS said.
He is known to be associated with the Aryan Circle gang and is considered armed and dangerous.
Brown was previously arrested in December 2019, after an impasse at a home in Spicewood, Texas, DPS said.
