His agent said JONATHAN DAVID will leave Lille at the end of the season.
This season, the striker has 15 goals in 26 appearances, attracting attention from all over Europe.
He has a contract with Lille until 2025, but his agent has revealed they will be pushing to leave next summer.
The aforementioned Nick Mavromaras Radio Canada: “For us, the goal is to finish the season in Lille, but this will be his last season there for a number of reasons.
“I think the Premier League is a good choice for him. I think he likes Spain also because he likes the feel of the ball and the players are very technical.
“These two tournaments are a big priority for him, but nothing is ruled out.”
David, 21 years old, has been hailed as one of the most promising talents in the current market, but there may be a cost.

Agent Mavromaras added: “I can’t say the price today. It’s down for Lille. But in the end, it’s football.
“Jonathan won’t show it, but he knows he’s one of the best young strikers in the world.
“There is also Erling Haaland, who can cost between 75 million euros and 100 million euros.
“If you want to be part of that list, you have to learn to manage pressure.”
David played his youth football in Ottawa before joining Gent of Greece where he stayed from 2018-2020 before joining Lille.
