Arsenal release iconic ’90s classic in yellow and blue ‘bumblebee’ starring Bukayo Saka and Ian Wright

ARSENAL and Adidas have teamed up again ahead of the holiday season by re-releasing the iconic 1993-94 kit.

duo head back to the nineties in 2019 after re-launching the 1991-93 ‘Bruised Banana’ away kit to the delight of fans.

And they did the same thing again last year after rebuilding the house 1990-92 Archer home jersey.

This year’s Christmas is no different as the popular ‘bumblebee’ strip is back for purchase as part of the Adidas x Arsenal collection.

Along with the yellow and dark blue football kit – featuring diagonal stripes, old Arsenal badges and the Adidas EQT logo – the collection also includes sweatshirts, zipped jackets and t-shirts.

Arsenal released a promotional film for the new range, starring Bukayo Saka, Kieran Tierney, Aaron Ramsdale, Emile Smith Rowe and club legend Ian Wright.

Arsenal wore these jackets during their build ahead of a 3-0 win over Southampton at the Emirates on Saturday.

Fans are loving the new collection, with social media thrown into a frenzy following its release.

Commenting on the kits, one user tweeted: “God, those retro kits are so captivating.”
