Anthony Rizzo stays with the Yankees on a two-year contract

The Yankees eventually decided to bring Anthony Rizzo back.
The veteran first baseman agreed to a two-year, $32 million deal with the Yankees on Tuesday pending a physical, The Post confirmed. Rizzo can opt out after the first year.
Rizzo, who the Yankees acquired from the Cubs in the second half of last season, had eight home runs and 43 RBIs in 49 games with the Bombers.

This likely means the end of Luke Voit’s pinstripe career.
