Anne Heche suffers severe burns after a car drove into a house in LA, reports say

Anne Heche reportedly suffered severe burns when her car crashed into a house in Los Angeles.

The vehicle, which officials say is registered to Heche, drove into a two-story home in the city’s Mar Vista neighborhood on Friday and burst into “severe fire,” the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

However, officials have not officially named Heche as the driver TMZ reports that she was behind the wheel of the Mini Cooper. They also posted a picture of her in the vehicle.

The LAFD said 59 firefighters were on the scene to contain the blaze and they said one seriously injured person was rescued and taken to hospital.

This was announced by the law enforcement authorities The Los Angeles Times that Heche, 53, was severely burned and “was considered to be under the influence and acting erratically.”

Corresponding TMZWitnesses first saw Heche’s car crash into the garage of a neighborhood apartment building before the car smashed into the house on the west side of town.

Video from LA news channels showed the driver of the car being loaded into an ambulance covered with a white sheet.
