But today, in a statement reported by AdAge, seltzer advocate Anheuser-Busch has announced that the drink will no longer be available. It’s likely the move was caused by the continuing fallout from Scott’s Astroworld festival, which catastrophically left behind nine concertgoers died from stampede and crowd control problems.

“After careful evaluation, we have decided to cease all production and brand development of the Cacti Agave Spiked Seltzer,” Anheuser-Busch said in a statement. “We believe that fans of the brand will understand and respect this decision.” Although asked directly if the decision was due to events at Astroworld, the brewer declined to comment further and so far, Scott has not commented on the decision.
