Alec and Hilaria Baldwin were pulled over by the police after a phone search warrant

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin were rounded up by police during their recent trip to the Hamptons, shortly after it was revealed that a search warrant for his phone had been issued.
In the image obtained by The Sun, Hilaria was seen talking to an East Hampton Police officer on the side of the road.
Alec appeared waiting inside the car, with the couple on their way to their home in the Hamptons.
The actor, 63, is currently participating in a police investigation following the incident shot and killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of the western series Rust, which Alec starred in and produced.
He was holding a gun, which contained a live bullet.
The photos appeared a few days after it was revealed that His iPhone will be searched by the police into the investigation.
The Santa Fe Magistrates Court has issued a warrant, at the request of the Sheriff’s Department, for the seizure and search of the actor’s phone, as it is believed there may be evidence on the device related to case.
The 30 Rock star said he was not aware the gun contained a live bullet, saying investigators must find out who inserted it into the prop weapon.
In a recent interview on ABC, he told TV host George Stephanopoulos that he doesn’t pull the trigger.
Asked if he felt guilty, Alec replied: ‘No, no. I feel that there is… Someone must be responsible for what happened and I can’t say who it was, but I know it wasn’t me. ‘
He was moved to tears as he recalled meeting Halyna’s husband, who he said was ‘as good as you can be’.
Hilaria has been supportive of her husband, recently defending his controversial interview and thanking those who ‘showed empathy’ towards him.
Metro.co.uk has contacted representatives for Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, and East Hampton Police for comment.
