Alan Carr: Comedian announces separation from husband Paul Drayton

Comedian Alan Carr and her husband Paul Drayton have announced that they are separating.

The Chatty Man The landlord got married in 2019, after starting their relationship 13 years ago.

A spokesman for both Carr and Drayton said they had come to the decision “together and amicably”.

“After 13 years as a couple and three years of marriage, Alan Carr and Paul Drayton would like to announce that they are separating,” a statement shared with PA speak.

“They have together and amicably made the difficult decision to divorce and go their separate ways.

“We ask that their privacy be respected at this sensitive time.”

Carr, 45, made headlines in 2021 after being invited by Adele to keep her audience entertained during her televised concert at the London Palladium.

Taking the stage, the comedian performed a cover of 2008’s “Make You Feel My Love” by singer Bob Dylan, leaving the audience in awe.

Carr, however, told Zoe Ball on her Radio 2 Breakfast Show that the editing made him “terrified” and make him look like “a the X Factor would like “.
