$9.85 million penthouse listings in the Brooklyn Tower made Zendaya famous

Famed realtor Ryan Serhant lived in the penthouse for a few months last year with his wife Emilia and their 4-year-old daughter Zena while he completed renovations on their Boerum Hill townhouse (acquired by writer Jonathan Safran Foer).
