2 men were shot dead in broad daylight attack in Brooklyn

Two men were shot and injured in Brooklyn on Friday, police said.
One of the men, 64, was grazed on the left side of his face and the other, a 25-year-old, was shot in the right leg outside 12 Newkirk Plaza in Ditmas Park around 9:45 a.m., police said.
Video of the incident shows two men sitting on a bench and falling onto the sidewalk.
The man in the white clothes and red hat – apparently the 64-year-old – was shot while the other man, who appeared to be with him, ducked for cover.

A second later, another shooting victim – apparently the 25-year-old – is seen in the upper right corner of the image falling to the ground.
A crowd soon formed around the elderly victim as she lay on the ground.
Both men were taken to hospital in stable condition, police said.
The motive for the violence was initially unknown. It is also unclear whether the men were targeted attacks or innocent bystanders.

There were no arrests.
Crime scene photos show the elderly man with a bandage on his face, with a detective and paramedic at his side.
A bloody face mask can be seen on the ground.
