17-year-old girl shot in leg in NYC: NYPD

A 17-year-old girl was shot in the leg in Brooklyn early Sunday, police said.

The teenager was shot in the left leg at around 12:50 p.m. in a building at Wilson Avenue and Menahan Street in Bushwick

She was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

Police emerged from the building with one person in custody, but unknown if they are relatives. Set Gottfried
