On average, women in America still earn 82% of what men earn. However, young women under 30 perform slightly better. Across America, they earn 93% of what their male counterparts earn, according to a new learn from the Pew Research Center, women under 30 earn their male peers in 16 US cities. Below is a list of cities and the percentage women under 30 earn compared to men under 30.
