Wyandotte County, Kansas to consider removing mask duty

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Wyandotte County/KCK Mayor Tyrone Garner, who was sworn in as Monday, is adding a new item to the committee’s full meeting on Thursday.
Garner is asking the commissioners to consider eliminating the current indoor mask mandate at the committee plenary meeting.
Wyandotte County commissioners voted on November 18 to extend the masking mandate through January 6.
Mask quests do not include Edwardsville or Bonner Springs.
The committee will take place on Thursday at 7pm
Doctors have warned that by quit the mask quest, communities and the country, will see another increase in the winter.
Jackson County, Missouri Legislature voted 5-4 Monday against a mask quest.
