Woman found dead in Carlton County, husband charged with murder – WCCO

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – A woman was found dead Friday with what appeared to be a gunshot wound at her home in Kalevala Township, the Carlton County sheriff’s office said.

Sheriff’s deputies went to the home after receiving a call asking for a welfare check and found the body of 62-year-old Tracy Ellen Julian. The congressmen arrested her husband, Raymond Arthur Julian, and imprisoned him for second-degree murder.

The sheriff’s office said it had no other suspects and that the investigation was continuing.
