QUINTEZ Brown has been arranged in connection with the shooting death of Democratic mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg.
The shooting is believed to have occurred at Greenberg’s Louisville office on Monday, February 14, 2022.

They reported that he participated in anti-racism protests in 2020 and is a Martin Luther King Scholar at the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
There, he allegedly founded a group that provides political education and violence prevention training to young people.
Why did Quintez Brown shoot Craig Greenberg?
It is not clear why Brown shot Mr Greenberg although speculation online suggests he may have been motivated by his activist roots.
People close to Brown have reacted that the conclusion was “irresponsible” and expressed concern about his mental state.
Rob Eggert, his attorney, told the Courier Journal that Brown disappeared for about two weeks last year and was found on a park bench in New York.
“This is not a hate crime – it’s a mental health case,” he told the publication the day after the attack.
Was Quintez Brown arrested?
Brown, 21, was charged February 14, 2022, with attempted murder and four counts of endangering.
A judge set him bail at $100,000, and if bail is reached, Brown must stay away from Greenberg.
Greenberg was shot at his office in downtown Louisville on Monday.
Police said Greenberg and everyone else at the scene were uninjured.
Greenberg was walking into his office at Butchertown Market in Louisville at about 10:15 a.m. when a gunman opened fire. Greenberg’s clothes were grazed by bullets, but he remained unharmed.
After the incident, Greenberg shared on his Twitter that “me and my team are fortunately both safe… I’ll provide an update asap.”
