The producers for love is blind are back with a new show. The ultimatum shows couples who separate, enter into trial marriages with someone else, and then decide whether they are ready to marry their original partner. Shanique Imari is hoping Randall Griffin will choose her in the end. But who do they choose for their trial marriages?

Shanique is ready to marry Randall in The Ultimatum

In the first episode, Shanique said Randall was comfortable going with the flow. But she wants to make sure they’re working towards marriage, so after a year and a half she gives him an ultimatum. She is ready for marriage and their first child together. Randall said he wanted to clear some debts before getting married.
Shanique was very emotional on their last morning together. “Regardless of what may happen, regardless of the things that we’re going through, I mean it when I say I really love you,” Randall told her.
“Maybe that’s what will take us to new heights in this relationship,” he later told her. “I know you want to get married right now, but what if you come out of it and you’re like, ‘Maybe Randall was right,’ or ‘Maybe we should take it easy and just wait.’ So we have to go in there with an open mind.”
Who does Shanique choose for her trial man?

Shanique made a connection with Zay Wilson. She told him what she wanted in a husband when it came to housework. Zay agreed with them, and both admitted to being sexually attracted to each other on “The Choice.”
She then announced that she would choose Zay. “You were very serious with me at times,” Shanique told him. “Then I also saw that you were really funny and very carefree, and I just — it’s not perfect, but it was you, and it was honest, and it was real.” I love that dynamic about you.”
Zay also chose Shanique. He felt that she had gotten a lot out of him and could see a future with her.
Who does Randall choose as his trial wife?
Randall had a good chat with Madlyn Riley Ballatori. He said he wants to find someone to have fun and grow old with. Madlyn admitted her partner Colby Kiss annoys her. They later admitted to being sexually attracted to each other.
Madlyn chose Randall because she felt he validated her. Randall picked her too. “I think Madlyn would be a great wife,” he said. “You allowed me to open up. You also challenged me to become a better me. You allowed me to show a side I never thought I could show.”
Randall and Shanique had one of the more emotional breakups. But it seems like they are hopeful about their new partners Netflix Show.
