Where do Buckeyes go from here?

Yes no sugar covered it, Ohio State Football’s 42-27 lost TTUN is devastating. Winning the Big Ten is now out of reach. Raising the national championship trophy is no more. Now what to do for the Buckeyes?

The season isn’t over yet. The OSU will still appear in the New Year’s Six Bowl game. It’s still going to be a huge game, especially depending on the potential opponent. Plus, winning a bad match will be a positive way to end a disappointing season and will be the foundation for next season.

A potential showdown between Ohio State and Alabama at the New Year Six game would be interesting. However, that is now highly unlikely with Alabama beating Auburn over the weekend. If Iowa loses in the Big Ten Championship this weekend, the Buckeyes will be in for another Rose Bowl game.

Their opponent will be the winner of the Pac 12 Championship, which is Utah vs. Oregon. OSU vs. Utah will be a bit overwhelming, but potential revenge against Oregon would be an interesting way to end the year.

Either way, Scarlet and the Gray Lobster need to at least end the season with a disappointing win. After the season ends, things will get very interesting for Ohio State. Where do Buckeyes go from here?
