Weekend with early showers, not sunshine – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A lot will happen this weekend. Lots of socializing, last minute shopping and lots of football. Let’s break it down for you, depending on the weather, so you can plan the game. The bottom line is that nothing of magnitude is actually moving our way. Yes, there will be some lingering showers early in the morning after steady rain overnight. But “early morning” is key here.
#mdwx My takeaway from the “7-Day Forecast” is this, nothing extreme will come our way as we move towards Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. For now, it seems likely that regional tourism, last-minute laps and socializing will be weather-free. pic.twitter.com/wZesR6gJtv

Much of tomorrow will be dry. But not a ton of sun. Temps would be lower in the mid 50s compared to the mid 60s today. There could be a few more showers tomorrow afternoon and overnight that through Sunday morning.
Sunday morning, the colder air that will define Sunday hits the back edge of that humidity, some wet sleet possible. Intuitive but no big deal.
Sunday by early afternoon the rain will stop, the sky is clear and the wind is blowing.

For the Ravens and Packers, it will be a 4:25 start and feel like football weather. Perfect.
Winter begins on Tuesday just before 11:00 am. And through the last days of Fall, and the days leading up to Christmas, nothing harsh will befall us. A good forecast for travel in the area, running around in a frenzy at the last minute or cheering for the holiday! PERFECT!
