‘FULL SPEED SAME PARADE’ DRIVERS

One witness told The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that he had just finished walking during the parade when the car began to slam into him.

“As we walked back between the buildings … we saw an SUV crossover, just put the pedals into the metal and sped along the parade route,” Angelito Tenorio said.

“And then we heard a loud bang, only shrill screams and screams of people being hit by vehicles.

“…And then we see people run away or stop crying, and there’s people on the ground who look as if they’ve been hit by a car.”
