Watch Juventus star Adrien Rabiot somehow escape a red card after challenging a stud in his knee against Villarreal

ADRIEN RABIOT somehow escaped a red card from the wall after a rough challenge to the knee of Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze.
The Juventus midfielder lunged at Chukwueze while he was wearing a nail, not even looking at the ball.
Rabiot only received a yellow card despite the dangerous high-leg action.
And fans were equally confused when VAR failed to follow up and reversed the decision to blow the penalty.
One person simply tweeted: “VAR?”
One added: “It was terrible.”
Another posted: “How does the VAR miss this?”
Another added: “Surely one of the main reasons for VAR is to catch and punish things like this?”
