Walmart shopper was pushed to the ground in front of horrified witnesses at a Miami store when the 28-year-old suspect tried to rape her

SHOPPERS at a Walmart were left shaken after a man was arrested for allegedly attempting to rape a woman at the retail store.
According to police, Bredan Harvey, 28, approached the woman from behind and pulled up her dress. Police said he then pushed her to the ground and ripped off her underwear.
Harvey allegedly tried to touch the woman below the waist, but two witnesses apparently saw the commotion and removed Harvey from the victim.
“It’s really unsafe,” said Mikaila Carroll, who visits the Miami store. “I would go to a Walmart grocery store.
“Just that someone comes up to me and doesn’t think about someone coming up to me and touching me is just scary, even as a woman.”
Harvey was arrested by Miami-Dade officers Sunday night.

“I don’t know what to say, I’m at a loss for words,” said shopper Kayla Carter Local10.
“Where’s the protection? It’s a shame, it’s a shame that children come here, there are families.”
Few details were given about the two witnesses who reportedly saw the commotion and jumped in to help the victim.
Harvey was in court on Monday, where it was revealed he was already on parole.
He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and stay away from Walmart.
His bail is set at $50,000.
